Enhanced Admin Order Entry

Everything that is wrong with taking a telephone order in stock CubeCart, fixed. Nothing on the storefront changes; all of the work is in the admin.

Buy a licence in our client area

Finding the customer

Customer search in stock CubeCart is narrow. This plugin widens it across every customer search screen in the admin, matching partial entries against first name, surname, email address, telephone number, mobile number, company name, postcode, address line 1 and address line 2. Somebody on the phone who can only remember their postcode and their company name can now be found in one attempt, which is the difference between a thirty second call and a three minute one.

Creating the customer while you are taking the order

A new customer can be created without leaving the order, so a first time telephone caller does not force you to abandon what you are doing, set up an account and start again.

Getting the money right

Tax and shipping are calculated correctly from the delivery address as it is entered, rather than being left for someone to work out and type in. That removes the most common and most expensive class of manual order error, and it means the total you read out on the phone is the total that gets invoiced.

Paperwork

Printed invoice, proforma invoice and printed picking list layouts are included, along with shipping weight handling, so the order can go straight to the warehouse and to the customer without a second system.
