Copies where they are needed

CubeCart sends admin notifications to a single address. In any business with more than one person that is wrong almost immediately: despatch wants order received, accounts wants completed and declined, the owner wants nothing except the ones that went wrong, and nobody wants all of them. This plugin lets you CC or BCC each email type to any address you choose.

Per email type

• Order received
• Processing
• Complete
• Declined
• Cancelled
• Failed fraud review
• Review added

Each can be sent as a CC, where the recipients see each other, or a BCC, where they do not, which matters when the copy is going to a fulfilment partner rather than a colleague.

Blocking as well as copying

Customer emails and admin emails can each be blocked outright per type. That sounds destructive until you have run a store that sends a status email nobody reads for a status that changes six times a day.
